The distribution of the books begins in earnest next week. We have been given a unique opportunity to update shipping address. 

IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS PLEASE SEND AN EMAIL TO

EVEN IF YOU HAVE SENT AN EMAIL IN THE PAST MONTH, PLEASE SEND IT AGAIN. 

The addresses must contain your name, your postal address and a contact telephone/mobile number. 

You have until Monday 5th of July to submit any changes. 

My next update will be soon and will be to announce the books shipping out to you!

UPDATE - BATTLEMAPS ARE MOVING

Hello everyone,

Just a quick update to keep everyone in the loop. The books have shipped from the printers to the warehouses for the distributors in the EU and the UK. They should arrive sometime this week or next to begin distribution to you!

The US shipment has left port and is hopefully merrily sailing across the Atlantic to make it's way to Florida. From there it heads north to the distribution center for distribution to everyone in the US and Canada. 

It all seems rather slow, but this is just how the chains of delivery work and the team has been working as hard as they can to make sure all the paperwork, transit papers, documents (oh so many documents) are in place to ship all these books. 

I promise you it is worth the wait. I have one of the final print copies with me, and the final quality is higher than the first digital prints they sent us as samples. The company who did the printing initially told us that a machine would fold the pages automatically. Upon getting the final pages from the print, it was discovered the machine couldn't do as neat a job as a human, and so each book has been hand-folded, and hand-bound - making this book - literally a hand-crafted product, and it shows. 

I'll send out another update as soon as the distribution centers start to distribute the books.

June Update: The crates have begun shipping!

Hello everyone!

Big news from us: The books have started to ship!

Now the next batch of books is being packaged in the warehouse. Over 3000 hand-folded and hand bound books...

The USA shipment goes into a cargo contain and floats across the Atlantic shortly, and from there it gets sent to the distributors. It's a long journey each book must take, but a worthy one!

I don't yet have final delivery dates or expected ETAs for the books at the moment, but as soon as I do, you'll get an update. 

IF YOU HAVE CHANGED ADDRESS SINCE THE START OF JUNE YOU WILL NEED TO LEAVE A FORWARDING ADDRESS AT YOUR OLD ADDRESS.

The books are in motion folks! Our journey is nearly over,  and your players are just about to begin theirs! Thank you again for your support of this project,

Credit Card Charges

Charges

Backerkit has started charging credit cards for the shipping and upgrades (if you bought any) of the Epic Battlemaps book. They are listing the charge as Great GM or Great Gamemaster. This is us, and the charge is for Epic Battlemaps. 

Maps

After much consideration we will be releasing the battlemaps in both gridded format and ungridded format at 75dpi. You will get a link sometime today or by Monday latest.
